About this policy

Colouring and settings

Your colouring progress, puzzle progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. The Android game includes 24 full-resolution starter pictures for offline play. Other pictures are available in optional downloadable packs. Pack files are downloaded from our public hosting service only when selected; the host receives ordinary connection information such as IP address and request logs. Verified packs are stored in app-local browser database storage for offline play. Clearing app data removes downloaded packs as well as local progress. We do not upload your colouring when downloading packs. We do not operate accounts or upload your artwork or progress to our own server.

Ads, purchases and tracking

The Android testing build uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) test ads and Google Play Billing for optional purchases. Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, diagnostic information and device or app identifiers for advertising delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Requests are configured for child-directed and under-age treatment, general-audience content and non-personalized ads. Android advertising-ID permission is removed. These restrictions do not mean that no data is processed. We do not add a separate analytics SDK. Vibration is optional. The app does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone or precise location.

Purchases

Remove Ads and cosmetic frame packs are optional, one-time purchases processed by Google Play. We do not receive payment card details. Google Play and the billing plugin return product identifiers, purchase tokens and purchase status so the app can unlock and restore purchases. The app stores a local entitlement cache; transaction status is queried from Google Play when purchases are made or restored. Optional rewarded videos unlock a cosmetic frame for the current app session. Removing automatic ads does not remove explicitly chosen reward videos. Test purchases require a licensed test account and a test payment method.

Device backup and deletion

Android may back up app data according to your device and Google account settings. These backups are controlled by the operating system, not a Colour Awakening account. Clearing the app storage or uninstalling removes the local copy of progress; system backups may remain under your device backup settings. Browser site data can be cleared separately. Progress does not sync between devices or between the web and Android versions.

Web preview and external links

The web preview downloads game files and artwork from its hosting service. When you visit the web preview or this policy page, hosting providers receive ordinary connection information such as IP address, browser information and request logs. Opening external links or the Play Store is subject to those services’ own privacy policies.

Support email

If you email spkp.studio@gmail.com, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your request and resolve problems. Do not send sensitive personal information. You can ask us to delete support correspondence; we retain it only as needed to handle requests or meet legal obligations. Your email provider may process your message under its own terms.

Children and families

The game does not require names, game accounts or public sharing. Store and rewarded-ad actions are behind a local parent gate. Ad settings restrict requests as described above; parents should supervise use. We do not knowingly request children’s personal information through gameplay. A parent or guardian should handle any support correspondence involving a child. Contact us if a child has sent personal information so we can address it.

Google processes service data under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and Advertising policies. Contact us for requests concerning support correspondence; control Google account and advertising data through Google settings.
